White oak animal safe haven founder ina jean marton joked friday night that a group of dogs and their “forever families” had “a latte fun” at the “yappy happy hour.” marton and a group of board members and volunteers got together in the white oak municipal building parking lot to serve free “dog lattes” to any dog who stopped by.
