We started running the rescue in 2009. We only saw one otter but, one the positive side, it was free and a nice walk. Hope rescue helping, healing, happy tails. Pacc911 members are 501(c)(3) nonprofits and are required to sign a code of ethics and meet certain requirements in order to be members.
